We will work together to get you on track to your most optimal self while still keeping as much of the “fun” in your life as your own personal health situation will allow. Meaning, if you can afford to continue to eat some of the less healthy options without having negative effects in your life, then I say go for it. But as you get closer and closer to optimal, I have to warn you that those things that you used to love will morph. You will start to find the simple apple and carrot extremely sweet and satisfying.
