Nutrition

One of the best ways to get better at something is to learn about it from trusted sources and then to experience it through practice. I will regularly promote and send you resource material that you can explore and test out - to see which plant based guru resonates with you at this time in your life. There are thousands out there now, all with a slightly different message.

Movement

I’m all for it; any kind, any time. We can look into ways to incorporate some of your favorite “movements” into your everyday life. From kitchen counter push ups, or dancing while dishwashing, to long exhausting bike rides. Every little bit in this area helps, as we have all heard that sitting is the new smoking.

Recovery

We will cover reasons why we sleep and how to get enough good-quality sleep regularly. Meditation has so many benefits and can easily be implemented anytime, anywhere, as long as you are able to just breathe. I am currently working on a course called meditative drawing. This is not art therapy, which is it’s own respectable field, and I am not qualified in that arena. It is not art lessons as I am not an art teacher. This will be done in a group. Stay tuned for details.

Mindfulness

Continuous education is paramount to staying on course and course correcting if need be. Thought exploration and habit formation are crucial for any real sustained changes in our lives. We will explore ways to make these work for you rather than against you.​

  2. When you're ready, we'll schedule a free 90-minute coaching session. We'll get to know each other and you can decide if my expertise is right for you.

  3. We'll discuss coaching packages and communication options that fit your lifestyle. How we connect is up to you!

  4. After your free 90-minute session, if you'd like to continue, you can schedule as many sessions as you'd like.

  5. My sessions are 1 hour per week and cost $125 per session.
  6. Right now, if you sign up for 11 sessions, the 12th session is FREE!
